For the first time in Azerbaijan, a unique corporate initiative promoting responsible fatherhood – the “Ata+” project, was successfully implemented for employees of Azerconnect Group. After an intensive one-month program, the project culminated in a joyful Family Day event.

What Did Participants Gain?
Over the course of the program, fathers:
• Took part in training sessions covering emotional, social, and psychological aspects of fatherhood
• Learned practical tools for building trust-based communication with their children
• Gained insight into the vital role of fathers in child development
• Discovered methods for strengthening family bonds
Final Activity
The project concluded with an experience inspired by the Forest School education model. Fathers and their children engaged in interactive, hands-on activities – creating meaningful memories and enjoying quality time together.
