“Team Building” training was organized

On November 25 – 26, Forest School Azerbaijan successfully implemented a two-day training program on “Team Building” for employees of the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan in Guba district of Azerbaijan. 29 employees of various subdivisions of the ministry took part in the event. The program was organized in the form of activities integrated into nature, in accordance with the “Forest School” approach. The main goal of the structured two-day program was to promote effective communication between participants, to strengthen teamwork and to develop problem-solving skills.

Together with experienced specialists, the participants of the event took part in trainings on effective communication, development of social-emotional skills, team sports orientation, survival in nature and in extreme situations, and yoga. In addition, various entertainment events and excursions were organized for the training participants, which contributed to the effective spending of time together.
