Sevinj has been awarded the UK government’s Chevening and Tinson Scholarships for 2020/2021. She is a lawyer who excels at critical thinking, legal research, management, and communication.

She is currently employed as a Senior Lawyer at the Azerbaijan National Confederation of Entrepreneurs (Employers) Organizations. She previously worked for the British Embassy in Azerbaijan, Yelo Bank OJSC, and international and regional non-governmental organizations. In 2018, she was a public advocate in support of women’s rights and gender equality at the United Nations Universal Periodic Review. She also works as a trainer in the youth development and human rights fields.

Sevinj is responsible for the examination of legal documents and contracts, as well as the management of legal processes, as an Forest School Azerbaijan lawyer.
