“Watch the Birds” family expedition was held

On April 21-st Forest School Azerbaijan, in partnership with Fominov Consulting, organized the “Watch the Birds” expedition in the Gizil Aghaj National Park.

During the expedition, schoolchildren and their parents were provided with information about various animal and bird species living in the Gizil Aghaj National Park, and many were observed closely.

Professional specialist from the Gizil Aghaj National Park, provided detailed information to participants about the different types of birdwatching activities, rules for using binoculars, and the bird species living in the National Park.

Forest School Azerbaijan organizes expeditions to observe birds during their migration several times a year. The main purpose of the expeditions is to increase interest in this type of activity among the young generation, to introduce them to the beauty of our nature, national parks, and nature reserves.
